I first met Tom when I had an injury at Tamco and I was treated with the upmost respect the process was totally translucent, and everything discussed was exactly how he told me. I absolutely think this is one of the best lawyers in the fourth State area. The second time that I met, Tom was when a company tried to say that I was not hurt at work. He fought and fought for me and again everything was translucent and everything. He said he was gonna do was done. Hes one hell of a guy and one hell of a model American. Thanks, Tom. This is a second addition after I had met with Tom again this guy is unbelievable. He is like a fortified tank before he does anything he is made sure that all the is are dotted, and the ts are crossed. He is the brass tacks. I believe for injury Workers Compensation, hes got you covered this guy like I said is phenomenal I thought that maybe I had messed up in my case and he assured me looked directly in my eyes, and said Josh dont worry about a thing I got you covered. This is, like I said this is the second time Ive used him and I cant say enough about this guy I wouldnt be giving a review. If I didnt think this guy was worth it he is , in my book one of the people that serve Joplin and its community the way its supposed to be treated the services he gives our upfront and transparent. 0 results, after 7 years they contact me and withdraw from my case 3 Weeks before my hearing. It took Tom Carlton 7 years to tell me this. All I can say is pathetic!!
