power outages everywhere they came to my apartment that had power and shut it off all day no notice when they shut it off it ruined my playstation so thank you for not helping people that actually need it and making more electricity go out just what we needed

This company came out to my house today un announced and one of the workers Dave was drunk, he was so disrespectful and rude to me all because I asked him why didnt he notify me that he was there and I asked how long it would take he told me however long it takes lady now go back inside and shooted his hand at me I asked him why are you so disrespectful is this how you treat customers he said listen lady Im 300 miles from home right now I wish it was you who had no power Id leave it off all because I asked how long it would be! Because I work from home and my system disconnected on an important client and I have a boss I have to report to as well. I just wanted a time frame instead I got disrespect. His coworkers were apologizing to me on his behalf. Completely rude and unprofessional and his breath smelled like alcohol. He got so close to me a few times I had to go inside my house and get my husband. Worse experience ever with an electric company! Ive since called comed and reported the incident.

These guys came down to help Florida after Hurricane Ian came through. They were awesome, hard working and did what it takes to get the job done!! Thank you for helping Florida get there power back on!
