Horrible service BONNIE answered the phone and refused to help me because I brought a family member from a whole different house hold and they received service so I was called a lier and that they will never help someone who lies to get help. I'm a single mother of two with a extremely high electric bill and just wanted some help. It's sad when all I was trying to do was help a family member now I can't receive help because I brought somebody else in and they got help. Not only did she yell at me and accuse me of something that was not true but she cursed at me and hung up the phone in my face wouldn't even allow me to speak I was not being rude or vulgar at all. This is supposed to be a Christian organization and if Bonnie doesn't like her job helping people maybe she should find a job where she doesn't have to interact with people at all because Catholic charities is a Christian organization that supposed to help people not put them down and degrade them
