AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We hired them to build our dream house and it was an absolute nightmare. The incompetent subcontractor they hired to do the plumbing-Joplin Plumbing Repair-flooded our house while being built to near completion not once but twice, the second time causing over $100k on damages. We were assured by both Molandco and the owner Ben of Joplin Plumbing Repair they would take responsibility, long story short neither party did and we were left alone on the matter. Thank God for Allstate and the builders risk policy we took out to build. I wont even go into when it came time to closing, shady way of doing business. We had Mayberry come in and repair the damages done and were so thankful to deal with a competent, professional contractor. AVOID.
