JW Construction has always went above and beyond to provide my family, clients, and self great service and customer care! His entire team puts in the effort, dedication needed to get any job done, and has great reliability. Shoutout to Phillip, his efforts from the first site Ive seen him work has been nothing but the best with all the effort he can give. Julius himself is always there to answer my questions and calls, making my business feel like a priority even those he has many other clients to tend to. Thank you again and again for all of your help!

JW came out same day to get us an estimate when our insurance company quoted us on the very low end for repairs. He was very professional, kind, and to the point. We will 100% be using him and his crew in the future. If you are looking for an honest and fair construction company, this is it!!! They actually show up! Dont waste your time looking any further!

He couldn't have been kinder or more understanding. I needed a new door knob and a fuse replacement at the house and it was urgent. He was quick, kind, respectful, and went above and beyond. I will call him from now on.

Was very professional when replacing our kitchen floor, and will use them again for future projects. They did a great with after project clean up. Did 130 square ft of sub floor replacement. Very knowledgeable on the job at hand. The only thing I had a problem with was the never picked up the flooring that was taken out. Tooled them several times to come and pick it up but they would tell us that they would come and get it when they have enough to take to the dump but never came and got it and it has been several mouths since they finished the job. So because of this I have changed my star rating.

Everyone please beware of JW Construction. We scheduled work with him on September 5th. I didnt receive a contract to sign until 2 weeks later. The contract was vague and did not include everything we discussed but I figured he would do all he said so didnt question anything. I was then told we wouldnt be put on his schedule until we paid at least 50% down. I then had to ask for an invoice multiple times to be sent and asked how to pay. I received the invoice, which was incorrect, on 10/5 and paid immediately. We were put on the books and after speaking with multiple people about the issues we had had up to this point I was referred to his MULTIPLE bad reviews. I was told by a neighbor to try to cancel my work with him because he either wouldnt do it right, not show up, or would tack more fees on once the work started. I called JW and said we were tight on funds and would schedule the work later if we could just cancel. He said he could only give me 50% if my money back, which is not in his contract. I said I didnt want to lose 50% and he said I dont want bad reviews so if I just need to refund you all the way I will. To not be a bad sport and be rude I just decided to move forward with the work and not lose any money or make him have to pay me back, even though he had agreed to do so. After this point he became basically unresponsive to me and changed the date of our work numerous times. I then decided that something clearly was wrong and just needed to get out of this. He would not respond to me but would respond to my husband and said he would give us $900 back. He setup times to meet and pay us back 3 times and never would. JW and his wife will steal from you and my review is not the only one that will indicate this has and will happen if you use JW Construction. I assume he will see this post and try covering his back or make false accusations and posts, but I do have screenshots and proof of everything said above. Lastly, he charged me $400 to seal grout on the floor of my bathroom, which he did not clean first or do any prep work to so my grout is now sealed with dirt in it and my black grout has turned gray.
