Theyre all super hateful and rude my husband has had a lot of issues with them especially with that lady in the corner office telling me I cant go in with my own husband and for what he is my husband questioning and making him uncomfortable

Tellers were helpful, got what I needed. However, there was such a strong smell inside (super strong holiday/Christmas type air freshener?) that my wife, who has severe asthma and breathing issues, had to run back outside to the car within a minute of going inside, and was very sick and out of it the rest of the afternoon. Honestly is a real health risk for some people. I hope they do something about this.

This is by far the best of the two CB&T's in Joplin. The people at this branch could teach the people at your 32nd st branch a thing or two about customer service. I also know from experience from going in there it's that branch manager that seems to be the issue at that location and he could use training on customer service.

I applied for a Home equity line of credit and never received it, good credit and plenty of equity and no income-to-debt ratio problems, but CBT seemed to think there was an imaginary lawsuit out there somewhere that belonged to a person with the same name as me, they just could not prove that was me, doesn't matter just screw the good customer. Oh yes the Adverse action letter supposed to be sent in 60 days was received by me on 2/11/23 was late.

I've banked here for many years. The Drive thru can be very slow. Most of the bank employees are very cheerful and friendly. Some are not quite so nice, but it's a good location for me because I live close by.
