This place is horrible... they're warranties aren't worth the paper they're written on. Customer service is non existent. I got robbed out of 2,400.00 by these jerks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS TRASH!!!!! Sat on hold for over 45 min to talk to someone who couldn't do anything for me. Then waited on hold for another 20 min to get a manager only to be told they would call me right back and never did.....smh Make sure you have a lawyer go over your contract cause it isn't what you'd think it is.. just a bunch of fancy wording basically leaving them liable for fixing absolutely nothing! See ya in small claims court !!!!

Good luck getting someone on the phone. After several attempts and hitting the 1 option to get a return call, which never happened, I called again and received a message after waiting for several minutes that I was the next caller in line. Shortly after that the message changed to " we are unable to take your call, please leave a voicemail". This happened during regular business hours.

We have been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 days straight. We tried to get someone to call us back too, but nobody called us. Our car has been in the shop for a month now. We are only waiting for Tru Warranty to pay their part of roughly $600, so we can pay our part of $400 to get our car out of the shop. Worst customer service I have ever experience.

hard to contact, they made me pay a cancellation fee when they cancelled the warranty on their end. Do not use this warranty.

Repair shop here. Truwarranty was a pleasure to work with. Easy to communicate with, quick to respond, allowed reasonable costs for the repair and got us paid quickly. Appreciate it!
