Was kinda disappointed walked in to buy a can am we walked in no one was around to help us when I went and found someone they paged a sale man and he wasnt even friendly or anything we will take our money else where!

I found the service department lacking to say the least I brought my Can am defender to get worked on. For an Overheating at idle problem on April 22nd Sarah the service manager. Told me she could work it in that next Friday sounded great to me I asked her to please have the service Tech call me before he works on anything to help diagnose and to tell him what all aftermarket parts I have put on it After not receiving a phone call for 2 weeks and me having to call them everyday I finally had my father. Who was in town go up and see what's going on He calls me And tells me it is in the shop and he is standing there with the tech of which I got to talk to And we diagnosed it over the phone together. They have now had the thermostat for a week and it is still not put in my Can am. I told sarah today that I would be there Friday May 19 To pick up my Can am whether it was done or not Definitely would not recommend the service department they do not call you back for anything. The only callback I had in my call log Was today after I told them I was picking it up.
