        They are very friendly here They just hired a new receptionist and she is as sweet as can be. Todd does a great job of communicating with me and being very up front about things whether it’s good or bad. Definitely will use again if I have any other problems.

        I called beginning of the week to schedule my appointment, they took all my info I confirmed date and time wrote it down, took time off work for this appointment. Didnt get a call at scheduled time so I called and they said they didnt have me on schedule didnt care that I took time off work for this appointment and wanted to reschedule, if a law office cant keep track of your appointment how can they take and handle your case with care?? Haha this place is such a joke I would not recommend using them for anything, if I could give ZERO stars I would

      4-7-22 Ms. Rentfrow, we believe you may have made the appointment with another law office. The personal information that was taken down when you scheduled, we do not ask for until you meet with the attorney for your privacy. We had another appointment scheduled for over 3 weeks at the time you mentioned. We wanted to make sure you get the time you need with the attorney, so we were unable to meet with you today as our attorneys' schedules were full. I see that our staff did get you scheduled for a future appointment. Thank you.
