We had a wonderful experience working with Desi to find the perfect refrigerator, washer and dryer for our new home. Desi was very knowledgeable and was so pleasant to work with! Thank you Metro appliances and Desi.

The selection at this store is amazing. However the associate that came up to us as we walked into the store was rude and made us feel like we were wasting her time. We asked a couple questions and she gave us an attitude the whole time and ended up leaving us to go help another customer and never came back to help us. It was highly disappointing. We were planning on buying a new washer from this store but after that experience we ended up leaving and going to another store to purchase the washer. I will say that everyone else in the store was pleasant except for this particular associate.
