These guys are awesome in management and maintenance! Marshal the maintenance manager was very quick to see that my issues were addressed. Everything so far has been handled very quickly, they are informative and prompt! They deserve 10 stars!

Imagine living in a place where you have to beg for maintenance. When you do call maintenance they show up and they complain about every single thing they dont like about you or that they have to fix something. Rent is outrageous. Management not so bad but maintenance is awful. They will "fix" something and it'll break then they'll have to come back out and fix it again. Lord forbid they have to fix anything. If you're smart enough you'll take your money and go somewhere else that actually cares about you

Water pooling up against the walls to the sliding door in the frontroom with heavy rain fall. Flooding in the apartment due to a plumbing issue a month ago that took a week and a half to dry out. Bought home air test. 48hrs showed mold growth from air in apartment. My whole family has been sick since moving in, but since they see no mold visible!! More pictures to come!

Marshall (maintenance worker) came by to work on our water heater and it was a very funny experience despite the challenges. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, and what issues he was having fixing it. Despite the trouble he had and having to come back the next day to fix it, it was very relaxed while he worked and we were able to have nice conversations and joke around. He gave me instructions in the end on what to do in case of an emergency, and reassured me on the work he did. Not to mention, he even fixed my door when he noticed it was wonky before he left! And I hadn't even put in a work order for that! He was the best, and I'm very happy with what he did for me.
