I took my 1972 Chevy Cheyenne up to Wayne's because reverse wasn't working and the transmission needed to be replaced. It was up at Wayne's for a month. I went and picked it up and it drove fine. Within a week the reverse went out again it's an automatic transmission and I contacted him about it and he didn't want me to bring it back I had to take it to another shop to put a bolt in it. I had to pay them for it and I tried bringing it back several times because it wasn't shifting right and the reverse still wasn't working Wayne didn't want me to bring it back. Transmission work is costly and just the cost of repair and or to replace a transmission is extremely costly. I read reviews on Google before I took it to Wayne's Fosters transmission and I now have a truck that I have already paid for a rebuilt transmission that I am having to take again to another transmission shop to pay for an additiinal transmission repair because I can't drive it now. When you get a rebuilt transmission you normally get a 1 year warranty I started having problems immediately. I didn't have good luck with there service and I definitely wasn't treated fair and it's not a good sign to call the repair shop that repalced my transmission to call them back only to be told don't bring it back to them.
