I have found our new BEST plumber! George's was recommended to us by our trusted HVAC people. Called them the Friday before Labor Day weekend and left a message. They returned that call the Tuesday right after the holiday. Discussed what we needed, and said they'd be here the next Tuesday at 8:AM. And BOOM, they were here smack on time! They removed a pedestal sink and replaced it with a vanity/sink we had purchased. Installed a utility sink where none had been before, and rerouted some pipes so our water softener was isolated from the kitchen cold water and outside faucets. They had all but the last done by the time they had to go at noon. Said they'd be back Thursday, at 8. BOOM! Here promptly at 8, and got it all done in no time. Very professional, friendly people. Clean trucks and personal appearance. And they get done what they say they're doing, using appropriate materials, etc. Absolutely recommend this plumber!

We have used George's plumbing for years now. They are responsive and on time! If they say they will show up, they do! The repairs are well done and the pricing is affordable. I highly recommend them. It is a family owned business and the family is very engaged in the community.

I was satisfied with the service. HOWEVER, when I called to make a payment over the phone, and gave the information, I was told they were moving to a new system and it may take a day or two for the payment to process. I never received any correspondence, and just didn't think about it again, assuming a business would do what is necessary to get its money. Got a call from debt collections on my bill today. The effect on my credit bureau overrides any service provided.

This is a small business and they are very professional and do high quality work! I don't think the previous rating of a One Star because the person didn't pay their bill is fair.
