Dr Duke and Brittany both have been so wonderful. Dr Duke did an amazing job with my surgery. He explained everything pre and postop very well. Follow up with him and nurse Brittany very good. Brittany did amazing removing the staples. All staff very nice and professional. I would recommend him highly for Podiatry needs.

I love dr. Duke nurse she is a loving person , staff is wonderful and Dr. Duke is so wonderful and caring. I enjoy coming to my appointments due to the atmosphere.

Well I had my surgery for a bunion on December 6th 2021 . I have been in constant pain ever since. Today I am writing this review on September 27th 2023. I had been back to Dr Duke's office at least five times post-surgery complaining of ongoing constant pain. Yes, they would do an x-ray and I was told the bone and the plate had healed. However the pain was persistent and excruciating ! I then went to three different podiatrists who only took x-rays and was told the same thing , that the bone had healed. Well then why was I still in constant stinging burning pain ? So over the course of the past year I have had an MRI done, a nerve conductive study done, and an ultrasound done. So the most recent diagnosis I was given is something called "Complex regional pain disorder". A fancy term for "the source of the pain cannot be explained ". Which doesn't really explain the cause of the pain. There is nerve damage and it is constant . Finally the last podiatrist I went to here in Jefferson City put me on something called a Nexwave electronic stimulation therapy which I have to do several times a day to relieve the pain. Dr Duke has taken no responsibility for the persistent ongoing permanent nerve damage in my foot having this lapoplasty surgery has been the worst thing I've ever done! I thought it would be ok, but it hasn't been. So now I will live the rest of my life with constant pain and the only remedy is to do this electroshock treatment to my foot several times a day! So my recommendation is do NOT do the lapoplasty surgery through JCMG Podiatry. Dr. William Duke's front office was the worst. I had to send my benefits paperwork in three times before I could get them to fill them out and send to my benefits specialist in HR.The day following surger reach the front office three times leaving messages and never received a call back.Finally I had to call doctor Duke on his personal cell phone and I reached him immediately.
