Wait times are insane here. I was swabbed for strep, covid, and flu and waited almost an hour for someone to come in and tell me my results. Checked my Cap Region app and the results were already on there. Waiting rooms are always so full, can't blame them for that, but just a warning if you're in a hurry.

My brother went there this week. He first went to the JCMG one and they said I think it is a virus. Anyone that saw him knew it was much worse than that. He stayed with us because he was afraid to stay alone. The next day my husband talked him to go to your urgent care on Edgewood. He said they literally put him through the mill. They found a very serious sinus infection. Today he was so much better. I want to thank you very many much! My husbands popped up but it should be for John Smith

Very slow. Takes forever to get seen iv been waiting 1 hour others 3 hours

The doctor was really nice. However, the older nurse with chin length, gray hair was not. She took me back and just stood next to the scale (didnt say anything). I assumed that she wanted me to step on the scale. I said let me take my chunky boots off. Stepped on the sale. She asked my height which I provided. Looking annoyed she walked around me when I was putting my boots back on. We get to the room she asks, What brings you in? I said I uhm I started f. The nurse immediately cuts me off by clapping her hands together and said I just need symptoms. I was so thrown off and said ok. Aggravated-I just said my symptoms. She proceeds to test me and semi acts nice after that. All I can say is, I know everyone has a bad day but that was so rude and uncalled for. I wouldnt be there if I didnt think I needed to seek treatment immediately because I dont feel good. The nurse is giving the urgent care a bad reputation. I have never had a bad experience at Capital Region.
