Ron's customer service is stellar. He put a new roof on our soon to be new home and called us after each and every step to update us on the process. He also kept the sellers and each of our agents up to date in the process. We can't say enough about Ron's help during everything, and now we have a beautiful new roof too!

Ron is, simply put, a standup guy who will be willing to work with you and guide you through the process, giving you honesty and respect the whole way. He didn't have to talk to me about the details with insurance, the process of claims, or even the very specific details of what a job like this often involves, but he did, and he immediately asked if I had any questions. He truly wants to get you to be happy with the service and work provided at Midwest Renovation. This is a company that should be involved in every home renovation project, because the confidence they provide you in their work is truly extraordinary. Above and beyond, and with care.
