Truly disappointed in their care. Only came into our home twice and then said they were dropping my father in law. We were told after his brain surgery wed have them coming for at least a couple of months. Communication was absolutely horrible as well.

I want to leave a review for ELARA care I believe its a great company that works with me and provides all of the equipment that I need my personal protective equipment. My clients are flexible. My supervisor is accessible is very nice and my supervisors are always helpful. I like the flexibility and the care that they show I really like working for them. I dont think I would rather work somewhere else.

Great company to work for. Easy to get clients and get changes made if needed. Always been able to get ahold of the office when needed and get the help the was needed for the task. Easy to apply and to get started this company wants to help you out as much as possible

Dont work for this company and please dont use this company for your loved ones. I worked for Elara for over a year. The women in the office are rude and unhelpful. They do not care about the caregivers and the caregivers are what make the whole company. They dont care if you are overworked, sick or in an unsafe environment. I literally begged for help with some of my clients and never got it. They care more about getting new clients than staffing the ones they have. They hire inexperienced caregivers who have no idea what they are doing with no hands on training. They dont bother to see if you are fit to do the job they just send anyone in to any situation. Ive seen so many awful things and heard horror stories from so many of my clients. I finally had to leave bc I could no longer deal with being let down and over again! The only person that I felt cared anything about me was my supervisor Cortnee. She did try to do her best to offer as much help as she could. As far as anyone else, no compassion what so ever. And all the reviews from employees on here, they asked us to do them to get the ratings up. Good luck!
