Staff was unhelpful and dismissive when my pickup order was not available for me to pick up. Wouldn't be that serious if I didn't have to drive 2 hours each way to get there and they didn't update the status until the end of the day it was supposed to be there. Phone customer service was equally unhelpful.

They get one star only because I couldn't give them no stars. Refused to honor advertised price on their website. I was given two different prices by different employees, one was $50 higher and one was $100 higher. They first told price I quoted did not exist. Even after I showed them, they refused to honor deal. Bait & switch.
