        Shortly after they replaced my roof I noticed some water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen in the bedroom. After they came out several times they said they could not find a leak but Greg Otto told me it could have sealed itself but they wanted to make sure before they fixed the stains. Greg sent his son Doug out to place some plastic containers in the attic above the ceiling stains. That was back in August. I sent Doug a text on August 31st telling him he should come and check the containers since we had heavy rains. No response. Sent Doug another text on November 7th asking him what their plans were for fixing the stains. Again no response. Sent Doug a text on November 21st saying that since he hasn't accepted my calls or returned my text messages to have his dad (Greg) contact me. No response. On November 28th I called Carol Otke Griffin. She said she would have Greg call me. It is now December 27th and I have yet to hear from him. Seven months have since passed and I cannot get them to fix my ceiling let alone come and get the plastic containers out of my attic.
