      image I was a bit apprehensive about coming into the store after reading the comments posted on here. However, the customer service that I received from the kind woman that was working before close on 03/14/23 was everything but what I read in the Google reviews. She was calm, kind, and patient. Although my issue wasn't able to be resolved, she did put her best effort in trying to help me. I signed up online and from what I learned, it is sometimes better to just visit the store and switch over in person.
