I called to ask a few questions about getting my car repaired after a fender bender. They explained the repair process in depth as I was not familiar since this was my first accident. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

My lady friend had a recommendation to take her vehicle to Caliber and ask for Ariel. She called several times and was always told he was out. She asked that he call her repeatedly to never receive a response. This is why it is important to deal with local places who have accountability for their actions. She is now taking her business with her vehicles to Kemna Collision who have been courteous and deserving of repeat business.

The worst experience I have ever experienced. The told me they were repairing my vehicle instead of totaling it which was what they said management approved and had my vehicle for over two weeks while I thought it was being repaired then all the sudden I get a text they were totaling it after moving it from one of their facilities to the one where it was to be repaired that was over 30 miles from the one that was only a half a mile from my house.
