Nice blends of flavors in the selections of tacos. The small size (4") means that you can try several (I ordered three from the three categories available). I also ordered a beef nachos appetizer, which was very good. Their nacho chips are light and delicate. Members of my party ordered a variety of mixed drinks. They enjoyed all of them. I'll definitely be back the next time we visit our Missouri family. **update** Fuel has updated its menu by adding more items. I had a delicious beef burrito. The sides of rice and beans were very good. The rive is nice and fluffy, no stickiness at all. A hotdog was still available for my grandson, but the hotdog selection is being phased out. When they're out, they're done.

We were here for the eclipse in 2024. The decor was trendy and open spacing. Did not feel cramped at all even though they were able to get a lot of people in. Outdoor seating faced good views and was quiet. Food was tasty and portions are just right for a dinner. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

Well worth the little over hour drive from our house to get there. Authentic food packed with flavor. Will definitely go back.

Such flavorful food and cool place. Apple empanada SO delightful! This place is a must try!
