Horrible customer service. Purchased a backyard swingset online and was scheduled to pick up on a certain date and time. Drove an hour to this location just to be told that they sold the last swing set and didnt know what to tell us. We literally got a shoulder shrug from the worker as the solution to this problem. We had already paid for the swing set online the week before. They stumbled on words & said they knew at 3pm when they looked for the swing set but when asked why we didnt get a call about it at 3pm, they had no response. How do you not think to give us a call to explain. Doesnt add up. We spent over a thousand dollars on something and have nothing to show for it aside from a shoulder shrug and being told they are canceling our order because they dont have any swing sets left now. (But it was in stock when we purchased it) someone didnt do their job and should have had this play set on hold for us because we purchased it.
Refund is still not in our account either.
Should have went with Costco.

Parking is rough when busy. Things are usually in stock at this location. You basically check out twice with how many items they rescan so it backs up checking up

I am now a Sam's member since they had such a good introductory rate. They do have a good product range however employees are nowhere near the level of Costco employees when it comes to customer service.

It was okay. Early morning shopping. Not a lot of people or employees.
