I used to get "we buy houses" postcards all the time. Wary, I decided to contact House Fox in 2023. Much to my surprise, Ted's integrity overflowed! My situation changed, so I decided not to sell. Fast forward to Feb. 2024. I remembered Ted and his honesty, so I contacted him again. Ready to sell my Waldo house this time, he came up with and spelled out the many options I had. I felt he had my back the whole way. I may have sold a house, but I gained a friend. Ted will take good care of you!
