Working at TNC is a life time learning that will remain with me for life! When I joined the organization 5 years ago! My taught was just to work with TNC just to raise money to buy a car as I was a new immigrant in the city! But after joining, I found new family, the 1st day was memorable as I learnt more about people with intellectual and developmental disability, who they are and what they are not! I learnt how to communicate with them and above all, I learnt how to advocate for them! Today, I am glad, how a foreigner came to the city and move from just personal support attendance to someone who manage the entire organization program. I challenge you today to come join the organization and I bet you that your limit of the position you will hold will depend on you. I have worked at TNC Community for over eight years and love it! My co-workers are loving and caring people who put the needs of our individuals we service first and foremost. I would highly recommend working for this agency and making a difference in a developmental disable individual's life.

Great place to work as an RN. I needed a change from the hospital environment and I'm so glad I came to TNC. There is always something to do and the work is so rewarding. I really enjoy being around the staff and the individuals we serve.

I love working at TNC Community. I worked here over 30 years ago as a PSA and then again 26 years ago. I left to become a stay at home mom, run a family business and raise my kids. Now they are grown and I have been back for a couple years working in the office hiring the PSA's. There are still quite a few individuals who live here now that lived here then. This was one of my first jobs and has always been my favorite. It's impossible not to fall in love with the individuals. I love the staff at TNC. Whether in the office or out in the field everyone's hearts are in the right place here with our individual's best interest being at the forefront. The staff appreciation that all of us employees receive from upper management is like no other place I have worked. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
