        They have been great with helping me everytime I have had a problem with equipment. They brought a concentrator out at 4AM when mine quiet working. Are good at sending out supplies when I need them.

        No help at all from the Customer Service Representative of Medical West Ms. Kelly S. I called with a billing question and for help signing up for a patient portal account. She did not have any contact information for their billing or the administrator of their patient portal department. I was advised to call and talk to Ms. Kelly Stihl, Respiratory therapist, when she was available. Had to call Lincare, the parent company and get a case number for resolution. Yet to hear back from the Manager.
