        Wood selection is good. Customer service is non-existent and rude most of the time. No appreciation for the sales made. Difficult to get out the front door with wood purchases, as there's no door opener and the staff certainly isn't going to offer to hold the door.

        The owner helped personally. Even though I only wanted 1 piece of wood, he acted like he had all the time in the world to help me and truly seemed to want to make me happy. I wasn't ready to buy, but he put the piece in back and said he'd be happy to hold it a few weeks, no payment or pushiness. The piece I wanted (10' x 14" x 2" ambrosia maple) cost just under $100. I'd seen similar wood for hundreds of dollars online. This store is a great find.
