Unfortunately it took me a good while to figure out that they were charging me almost $75 more than any other company. On top of that for awhile no one would answer the phone. I purchased 2 cars in the time of using this company and each time had to call travelers and fight to talk to someone for proof of insurance because beacon point has it blocked to stop you from speaking to the insurance company directly. Travelers wasnt great for the extra money I was getting charged either. It was beyond disappointing to learn how much money they took from me. I was charged $192 per my bank draft, Geico $116, other broker $120.

Great agent! Very helpful in getting good rates as well as answering questions and providing advice in the event of an accident.

Not interested in helping clients who have had insurance coverage from multiple insurance companies in their past.....Very unprofessional and condescending attitude expressing how they only want to work with perfect drivers who are careful and don't "shop around for better deals frequently".
