        Best insurance agent I've had yet and I've been with Shelter since 1997. He has been available in person and/or by phone 2 out of 3 times I've needed help. He printed off the insurance cards for every car we own and put them in protective sleeves. Another agent had a mix-up where they changed my billing address to my brother's instead of removing my brother's car from our account. Gary got the billing address corrected and my brother's car removed from our billing account. In 24 years with Shelter, we've had at least a dozen agents. Gary is the best of them all, hands down! The best agents we had prior to Gary were in 1997 and 2020 (both retired). Gary is fairly young comparatively, so I'm sure we'll be with him for a very long time.
