*Staff were very friendly and communicated well *Was given a false diagnosis - They told me I needed a new engine for $15,000. Took it to a new mechanic and they said its a fuse and it needed new coils and spark plugs. Now they got the car to start and it costs $14,000 less to repair. *Dirty - Left a roll of duck tape, a dirty rag, pieces of tape, and old coils on top of the engine block and on belt. Also damaged the outside trim of my door.

After the experience I just had with them, I will never go back. Do not buy a car from these people. They are dishonest, rude, and con artists. My dad and uncle both worked for Ford. I've driven Fords all my life. My next car will be a Chevy because of this. Edit after owning and dealing with this car: Years later I find out that they knowingly sold me a car with transmission issues. My transmission went out at 60,000 miles and Ford refused to take care of it. I had done all the proper upkeep and maintenance. When I pulled the cars history report, it showed that this issue existed before I bought it and was never told about it. Now I know why the sales person was pushing me towards this specific car so hard. Ford had sold multiple cars like this to people- fully aware that they had these issues. I had to pay someone else 5,000 out of pocket to have my vehicle fixed properly. This was a learning experience for sure- a really terrible unfortunate one. Never again. This dealership does not respect women. They lied, were pushy, rude and tried to gaslight me when I complained to the dealership manager. I made the mistake of trusting them since my family had bought so many cars from them over the years. That is why I came back to this dealership even though I lived in Kansas at the time. I even had trouble getting the title from them so I could register it in Kansas. I made the mistake of letting the salesperson know I was in a bad situation (my Focus died and boyfriend totalled his truck hitting a deer-so both of ours cars were gone in the span of a few days) and they completely took advantage. Ford just isn't a good company anymore. It's sad, but that's the way it is now. Update: As of October 2023 Ford admitted fault and paid me back for the transmission replacement after years of fighting. Shame on Metro Ford for knowingly selling me a lemon.
