My husband has been seeing Dr. Amy Reider for a few years now. Due to a sudden infection he was in need of antibiotics that the Dr refused to call into our pharmacy. Even though she is his primary care Dr... I understand that the dentist he needs to go to for the tooth infection would need to prescribe it, however he can't get to them for several days and they said the antibiotic is needed immediately. So now he has to go through urgent care. Why should he have to use urgent care when he has a primary care Dr?! Will absolutely never return! Horrible practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Carothers for at least 5 years, and she is an amazing provider! She is very knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. She wants to see my specialists' provider notes so she makes sure to provide the best possible care. Her nurse, Cynthia is amazing, as well! Every time I talk to Cynthia she is friendly, and helpful. I feel very confident in the care I receive from them!! I had to wait for several months to get in to see her for my first appointment and it can be difficult to get in to see her last minute, but I see this as an indication of her being busy since she's a great doctor, and it has been 100% worth the wait!!

Ive visited this location last year for my annual check up. I chose to be with Amy T. Rieder F.N.P. I noticed at my first appointment when she would ask me questions, she would always talk over me or cut me off by trying to finish my sentence.. I talked to my mother about the situation and she recommended I schedule an appointment earlier during the day because maybe she was tired or burnt out when I came in. I decided to give her another chance by booking an AM appointment this time. Prior to coming to my second appointment, I told myself if I get this same uneasy feeling from her then I wont be back to see her. The second time I came in, same thing. She would ask me questions and cut me off. I also didnt like the questions she asked me. After asking me if I lived by myself, (before I could answer the question) she added Do you live with a mother or father? I answered I live by myself The way she talked to me left me feeling small and inferior. I was 24 years old at the time and I definitely know how someones supposed to talk to you and vice versa. Especially for myself whos worked in Customer Service for 6+ years. I do not wish that on any human being thats looking for a new doctor (like I was) or whos prioritizing their health. Because of the short wait time I give this place 2 stars. I wouldnt recommend this Dr to anyone I know.
