Randy and his crews are amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. We did a whole upstairs renovation and could not be happier. The communication was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone that has any sort of renovation project in mind.

What can I say about KC Renovation? I will never use another company for major projects...and small projects alike. Doc and Dan really exemplify what it means to be upstanding men today. They were always professional, always understanding, very knowledgeable, and by far the best contractors I have ever worked with. Even more, their work reflects their character; very strong. I really cannot say enough in this review. One of the structural interior walls in my house was literally sinking because of another contractor's work; they attempted to remove a wall and install a header, but the studs did not meet the under-sized header they installed. I do not use the word 'literally' lightly when I say that my house is standing because they rescued it. Thank God for KC Renovations. A+ recommend. In the early Fall of 2018, I became emotionally attached to a neglected 130 year old house and the overgrown property it sat on. It wasnt even listed in mls, but i was determined to pursue it. My parents thought I was crazy. My friends and coworkers tried to talk me out of it. However my lender referred me to KC Renovations. Doc and Dan devised a plan. It was complex in terms of scope of work, but they assured me it was manageable. Financial numbers and budgets were outlined. Timeframe for completion was set. 203K consultant was arranged, and we all moved forward as a team. What i lacked in builder knowledge I tried to compensate by punctually completing my SKU lists and making quick selections on colors and compositions. KC Renovations took my preferences into consideration. They indulged some of my special requests; like porch screen closet doors upstairs and a dog wash station in the basement. They stopped me from making bad decisions by utilizing some of their professional contacts. My custom kitchen cabinets are glorious, my granite countertops are luxurious and the original clawfoot bathtub looks and feels brand new. Without Doc, Dan and Randy those details wouldnt have been possible. Analytical minds will appreciate knowing the project was completed ahead of schedule. Under budget. Property passed inspection. End of job appraisal value was higher than initially anticipated. Im celebrating 1 year of living in my home. It is safe, functional and so much nicer than I ever imagined. Im proud to raise my son here. KC Renovations builds homes, but they also build relationships too. Their entire crew impacted my life for the better.
