Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

I used one of the three ATMs. It was in service and allowed me to pick the denomination of the bills.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at a BoA location. First is VERY Poor customer service from the Guy at the check-in counter, He didn't give accurate information about what services the Banker's can do,This guy is very rude and very unprofessional and should NOT be working in a customer service position at ANY business. Second is the fact that this same guy is asking questions that he doesn't NEED to be ASKING, AND WHEN A customer says they are needing to speak to a banker and NOT a teller he then proceeds to continue his questions about why you are there & WILL NOT give up until you disclose your issue/problem to him... I AM to the point of just CLOSING my accounts and having my Family CLOSE THEIR'S ALSO & DO OUR BANKING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE... 100% COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF ITS NOT CORRECTED BY MANAGEMENT OR CORPORATE BY MY NEXT VISIT THEN BoA is giving me and my family NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO CLOSE OUR ACCOUNTS AND BANK SOMEPLACE ELSE... UPDATE *** 10/31/22 at 4:30 The customer service representative is Carson, He just again today did the same thing to me as he did 2weeks ago... Bank of America HE JUST COST YOU CUSTOMERS... I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS TOMORROW...
