Well I almost never do this however somebody took their equipment there and because they didn't do the repairs correctly. SO this person brought it to me I'm a car mechanic not a small engine repair man all I can say is they did not do what they were supposed to do and charge this person drastically I have corrected the issues so they can use their equipment Run Run three times and the first kept their equipment for 2 months.the first time.

After some research, I decided I wanted to look at the Walker R21with either the 42" or 48" deck. We stopped by Chancellor Outdoor Solutions and spoke with Daylen. He didn't have one in stock but was willing to work with the regional Walker rep to find one. Daylen called the next day and indicated there was one in northern Illinois and could work with the rep and other dealer to get it for me. So I drove by and dropped off a check. It took a couple of days, but Daylen delivered it to me and went over the basics of operating the mower and answered all the questions I had for him. I've only got to use it twice so far since the growing season is coming to a close. The whole process of talking with Daylen and the buying experience was top notch.
