Absolutely ridiculous company that has some made up inspection to be done. While in the process of moving and calling companies to stop services it was found out that our title company was suppose to contact them for an inspection that of course failed and we are being charged several thousand dollars to fix said problem. Our title company wasn't even aware that this was requirement since no other sewer company requires it. Apparently they made this all mandatory in 2015 as a way to steal money from residents.
