This place ripped off my sister. She paid them to install a garbage disposal and they took her money but left her with a disposal that leaks. All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Terrible customer service!

I paid them to replace my garbage disposal. I purchased a new one and they were going to switch it out. The first guy came and installed it, however our dishwasher backed up into our kitchen. Two guys were sent to fix it. When the garbage disposal was disconnected, they told me it was defective because the hole that connects to our dishwasher hose was not hollow. I took the garbage disposal back. Purchased a second one but Lowes told me its not defective, they (the plumber) needs to punch the plug out for those with a dishwasher. They did come out to try to correct it, however, when I went to put my things away under the sink, there was a puddle of water. They sent a guy out again. This guy said the new one was also defective. I said, I already took one garbage disposal back, I cant take another one back. He said he would. I got the receipt, he walked outside (I thought to get a tool) but he left and never came back. All I want is my $145 back. No one will call me back or respond. The day before Thanksgiving and I cant use my sink.
