We hired Ehrlichs after moving into a home that had flipped bathrooms. We learned quickly that these were not done properly, so we made the decision to do a complete overhaul as band aid solutions were not working. We knew we could trust Ehrlichs as they had done work 20+ years ago for my in laws and their bathrooms are still impeccable. Plus, Ehrlichs pricing was not far off from a lot of other companies we interviewed. We also use them for our HVAC maintenance and would recommend this service. We received prompt and informative customer service from the start. We were given a realistic timeline for our project and educated on the process throughout. They helped us choose fixtures and items that will last and give us peace of mind. During our renovation, a pipe cap failed which caused flooding in our basement and some of the main floor. This was a fluke and no fault of anyones, but Ehrlichs stepped up immediately and remedied the situation. They went above and beyond to make things right as they completed our project. We couldnt have asked for a better response and peace of mind as things were corrected. The caliber of work done in our bathrooms is unmatched. The team continued to work solely on our bathrooms until every single detail was perfect. I have peace of mind that we will be able to use these spaces for decades to come. Investing in Ehrlichs was the right decision and I would recommend their team to anyone who asks.

Our heating started to play up during the worst of the cold. we were so grateful that our technician, Chris, was able to get it up and running properly again. His job was particularly difficult as our heating system is located outside, and it was extremely cold. Thank you for persevering and getting us up and running again. We thoroughly recommend this service.

I had my kitchen sink, countertop and floors replaced by Ehrlich's. The entire process from first step into the show room to the finished project couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Greg, my sales rep, listened to what I wanted, answered all my question and gave great advice. David and John were a joy to work with, friendly and professional. Ehrlichs I am posting this comment with the hopes of saving someone else the pain and suffering that my family and I have had to endure because of this company. I purchased a new Trane system because after much research I believed it to be one of the better systems on the market. Ehrlich's installed the unit and within a short time, the system would not warm our home in the winter, only to learn that they had not removed a vital part and synchronized the system correctly. This was an ongoing problem only to enter the summer months. The summer was worst because Ehrlich's made 11 service calls, changed out two thermostats, and made countless excuses as why the system would not cool. After 11 service calls including the owner coming out on three occasions; they could not get the unit to cool, especially in hot temperatures. I became so frustrated after the owner and the techs failed to get the unit to cool. I finely, decided to call the manufacture and eventually an outside HVAC company, only to hear that the unit was not installed correctly and the settings were incorrect. Ehrlich's paid for the outside service call and the unit did much better. So, the unit now cools the home perfectly in temperatures below 90 degrees. However, we learned that temperatures above 95 degrees the house will only cool at 75 degrees. I have since learned that Ehrlich's installed the wrong size unit for the square footage we have. I would never recommend this company because they portray themselves to be professional and kind but, they have no clue on how to install the Trane system nor do they understand the importance of measuring the square footage. I only hope this post saves a trusting customer from the pain and heartache that my family and I are enduring; and may I add that it is 100 degrees today. BEWARE OF ERLICH'S!
