        Take better care of your tenants. Mold is deadly. Do the right thing and remedy this mold the proper way & give these people temporary housing.

        Horrible experience. Melinda and Precious are liars, very rude and dismissive! They don’t care about their tenants, the maintenance team is understaffed. Kitchen cabinets are cheap. My unit was “updated” and wasn’t worth the money at all. The gates never work there is always a huge line to enter the complex. Always something going on in terms of crime you’ll see ambulances/cops there every other week. Thin walls, AC unit was always leaking. I could go on but I won’t! AND FYI A LOT OF THESE REVIEWS SEEM FAKE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND TRUST YOUR GUT INSTINCT EVERYTHING THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD!
