        I've been a client for 15 years and when I need assistance, I can't seem to get a return phone call. Jessica sent an email response saying she would call the following week and never did. After a month of dealing with no service or responsiveness, I'm done. When reading other reviews, it seems that this is an ongoing issue. Very disappointing.

        I went in and talked to Sherri about getting home auto insurance about a month ago and she told me she would call me in 3 days with a quote and I still haven't heard anything out of her. They won't get my business!
