      image Reserved a car the first of Sept for a oneway rental ,in LATE SEPT.,went in the office because noone would answer a phone about 4 days before pickup and they said everthing is set ,on the day of pickup I get a call saying they had no cars ,totally unprofessional and they didn't even give me any options ,

      image Reserved a vehicle 3 days in advance. They rescheduled me to pick up the vehicle one day later than expected. When I went to pick it up they told me it would be another day. I had to call other locations myself to try and find a vehicle in time for my trip which had to be delayed by several days already.
      Would not recommend renting with this company or especially this store.
