I use Franklin and Company for my personal and business taxes, as well as payroll services. I am extremely impressed with the level of service that I receive. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They are able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the guidance that I need to make informed decisions. Additionally, their prices are very affordable, which is a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new CPA.

Concerned about the calculation of taxes, 1040 and MO, for my mother, especially the calculation of capital gains taxes. I requested a call-back since Judy was not in the office when I stopped by; it's been a week and still no call-back. I've concerns, both with the competence, and the level of customer service, of this business. I will change/ edit my review if warranted.
