Vindictive staff with malicious intent . The amount of stress this place has caused me is unmeasurable.

Extremely unhelpful in every possible way. I asked for help in specific areas and was often ignored. The psychiatrist they sent my child to didn't bother to get to know him or what he was going through but prescribed him meds and then told him she wouldn't need to see him for 6 months. Very gross and highly careless. When my child needed help the most they kicked him out of group therapies for problems he had at home that had nothing to do with how he acted with other kids. I stuck with them for years hoping the help would get better but it never did. I highly recommend Mark Twain Behavioral health if you want to deal with people who care about you as if you are a family and not just a case number. I have personally dealt with Mark twain for 7 years and they would have never done this to me, and I know they definitely wouldn't do this to children.

I had to apply for a Case Manager because I needed someone to drive me to the Hospital for a procedure under general anesthesia. The person the assigned me to met me to take me to the ER and, but when I came out after the procedure I could not reach him for a ride home. I had to call the Office and they refused to call him because he had given me his number and insisted I call him again to leave a message. I had to inform them 10 nurses were listening to every word I said before they would contact him and I could geta ride home. They are not competent taxi drivers and were very unprofessional in the way they addressed Clients and totally unreliable as Mental Health Service Providers.
