I do not rate them high at all. I will also be contacting BBB because it should not matter where I live or does it give them right to judge. I had an outdoor mat right in front of my door for a couple months. Never hurt before til a couple of weeks ago. They ran over the mat with one of their mowers and shredded it all over my yard and left it. I picked it up and called them took til this week to get an answer. Their answer was, "It's believed the mat was pulled away from the front door so they are not doing anything about it." At my front door still now there is a mark from where it sat. It was a heavy mat so it wouldn't move bc of wind. I do not feel like as a business they should ASSUME that the mat was just moved. I work so I'm not at home all day to make sure to pick up my outdoor mat whenever they decide to come. I shouldn't have to buy another just for them to be having a bad day or whatever they decide to run over another. I feel if they were a reputable company they would treat me like I am a customer. The customer is always right in other situations in life I know very well being a customer service supervisor myself.

He does a very professional job. I have had Mr. CB's lawn care for 3 years and he has always done a profeonal job .
