Hey Jordon, Im sorry you felt the need to post this here on our google page. The reality is you booked for 6 people, you clearly had more than that in the home. you left 20 bags of trash and left it all over the house. their are 5 trash cans located outside of the property and if you had asked, we could have shown you where we keep the cleaning supplies. We reach out to you multiple times and you had our direct number. There is no reason you should have left the home that way or asked about cleaning supplies. We clearly have a no big parties rule on the property yet there was puke, beer cans, spilled beer, etc all over the house. The floors were sticky and you abused the property by breaking chair, a bed, and a light outside the property. The reality is, you took advantage of the property and outside of guests satisfaction, our job is insure that the homes are well taken care of. Im sorry you feel the way you do, and if this helps you come to terms with the way you and your guests acted, then I am glad you posted it. Please note these facts, airbnb agreed you abused the property and paid out on the request you refused to pay. We spent an additional 4 hours cleaning the property and disposing of the garbage. The bed had to be disassembled and put back together because you stripped the lag screws in the bed. The chair was unfixable because you cannot "just glue it back together" as you stated in your airbnb message. The light on the outside post had to be purchased and re mounted. Please know that we truly appreciated your business, but cannot accept guests who abuse someone else's property. I wish you all the best and hope you continue to enjoy the lake whenever you can, but know that its not okay to leave a place in the shape you left it.
