        Midtown was doing work in our area. A couple of their guys stopped by and a set a meeting to introduce themselves and talk windows. Lucas met with us a few days later. Lucas was prompt and professional. We took a walk outside and then he quickly took an inventory of our windows. Lucas then took us through Midtowns history and talked about their business model. We went over their product offerings, complete with product samples and demos. He was thorough, thoughtful and polite. We had been waiting to make a decision on windows for a few years. Honestly would have probably kept waiting had Midtown not showed up at our door. Lucas impressed us with his presentation and confidence in his team and their work. He didnt just make claims but provided concrete examples and product samples. After Lucas had shared with us several options and methods of payment, we decided to commit that same day. We look forward to our new windows.

        Lukas was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the windows and the business as a whole. I feel very comfortable with the plans to get our windows with Midtown. We are looking forward to the cost savings in the utility expenses. Thanks to Lukas explanation of the installation process, we are anticipating a smooth installation of the beautiful windows.
