        I love Popeye's chicken and have been coming to this location for years. Last month a glitch in their online ordering caused a significant issue with my order. In the hopes of fixing said issue, I spoke to the manager on duty and was met with the most apathetic attitude I've ever seen from someone in such a position. I provided feedback on their website and requested to be contacted regarding this issue. As of now (a month later) no one has reached out. Until/unless this changes, they have lost a regular customer and this review will stand.

        The manager Alex is rude and condescending. I told him I wanted my gravy on the side. He fills the other container half way for my large mashed potatoes. I then say this is half way full this is not enough he then takes back the separated mash and gravy and hands me a container of mashed potatoes with the gravy in it and said this is how you get extra. I said are you trying to be funny? If I just had it on the side why would you take it back and then put the gravy on it after I said I wanted it on the side. Just rude and smuck honestly was sensing racism because everyone else after me he was so nice and pleasant and did their requests.
