        People are friendly and polite. Building's need some tlc, but good location.

        There are things with maintenance it takes forever for them to come out and fix anything. An up side is if you communicate that you cant pay that first rent and only pay a certain amount they will work with you. Always communicate to them if you cant make payments.

        It's interesting to see all the positive reviews about management being communicative. They never pick- up the phone and they don't return voice-mails for me. Asides from management being picky who they talk to, I guess. Living here was pretty nice.
