Lack way to make contact, unable to deal with to do business.

I contracted with this company in May 2020. By the end of April 2021, they still hadn't finished work that should have taken 5 to 6 weeks. The work they have done has been shoddy and needs to be redone. Mr. Hodges says he will not refund my money but will correct the mistakes, which are extensive. The problem is his crews do such sloppy work. It would just be the same incompetent crew trying to correct the original mistakes. A major problem is that there is no oversight for his crews. Mr. Hodges does not inspect their work and does not have anyone else inspect the work. So no one is accountable.That way he does not have to correct mistakes unless the customer finds them and calls him back out. I would not recommend this company unless you plan to have a 3rd party contractor come and inspect the work Hodges Roofing and Siding does. Greg and his team sided our 100 year old home and transformed it. They maintained its character while giving a fresh new life. Excellent attention to detail. This is a late post, but a year later, I still brag about the work they did.
