        Carol Gilman initially went with me to get a tentative appraisal on my property near Calwood, in Callaway County, Missouri. I was pleased with the appraisal and asked Carol to list it for me. I expected it to take some time to sell, but within a very few days she had an offer in the neighborhood of the asking price. Carol took care of all the paperwork and the closing. I was amazed at how easy and comfortable it was. If I need your services sgain in the future, I will definitely be calling Carol.
