Had an issue with updates messing up my computer. Took it in, Spent about $150 for the fix up.
Bring it home? It's now 10 times worse overall than it was before - sure the issue I had was a pain and I needed it fixed to continue - but the point is ... you are supposed to ADVANCE forth no RETREAT.
Then to top it off, texted the guy three times to tell him "Um, what the heck?"
Crickets. Ghosted me.
No accountability. No ownership. If they fail, they run and hide.
